Felix raises a brow, “what’s their surname?”
Minho’s brain short-circuits before he realizes that Han is a comparatively common surname. He fidgets with his fingers, before interlocking them and replying, “Han.”
The room is silent, before Jisung suddenly starts listing out names, “Han Suho, Han Huiwon, Han Minyoung, and I think there’s two more.”
“Three including you,” Changbin adds and Minho sputters.
“Mhm, so six people. Lino, who is it?” Jisung asks again.
Chan had returned from his daze and asked, “Tell us one thing about them and we’ll drop the question.”
Jeongin and Seungmin whine, but Chan shuts them with his that’s enough stare.
Minho licks his lower lip. “Well, I suppose they’re the death of me.”
“...”
“What kind of lovesick cliche are those words?” Hyunjin asks and Minho scowls at him. “You got off with someone you met, shut up.”
Within all the stupid rants, somehow only him, Felix, and Jisung are quiet.

“Yeah, so, we were thinking of a group setting, but inviting all of our mutual friends to a date isn’t exactly very romantic, so we thought it could kind of be, like, a double date vibe,” Felix explains, circling his hands in the air as if he’s doing some sort of spell.
“Can’t you just take Minsung? Jisung from IT will whine like a bitch if you go on a double date and don’t take him.” Seungmin says.
“Look. I love Minsung, I do, but they are not on first-date level of romance. It needs to be a couple who’s also on a first date so they can match the vibe, you know?” Felix replies, reaching for the rubber band ball on Seungmin’s desk.
It is instantly confiscated. Felix cannot be trusted with such things, lest he ping one at Seungmin’s head again.

Seungmin and Jeongin are recruited by Chanlix to go on a double date with them. To their credit, they didn't know Seungmin and Jeongin are exes.

Summary
Jisung was keeping the volume on his phone pretty low, just in case Changbin’s neighbors didn’t approve of his music choices, so he heard when someone next door stumbled out onto their rooftop, clearly on the phone.
Jisung sunk deeper in the water, not wanting to eavesdrop on the stranger but not able to escape overhearing the broken “fuck you too” and the sobs that followed it. Jisung winced, hoping the neighbor would turn around and head back inside, but it sounded like he had sat down on one of the chairs, his crying a bit more muffled now, as if his head was buried in his hands.
Jisung slowly reached for his phone, wanting to silence his music on the off chance that the neighbor stopped crying and heard him. The trellises blocked the view of next door from the hot tub, so as long as Jisung was quiet, the neighbor would never know that Jisung was intruding on a private moment.
Except of course his stupid finger slipped, and instead of pausing the music, he cranked the volume all the way up.
“Shit,” Jisung fumbled with his phone, finally getting it to shut up, but the silence that followed alerted him to one very important fact. He could no longer hear the neighbor crying.

You choke on the Diet Coke.
The straw accidentally hitting the back of your throat at his confession.
“WHAT??”
“I’m not a taxi driver. I was pulled into the taxi rank though so it’s kind of my fault, and I was going to tell you to get out but you looked so worried and you… that guy was following you so…”
“Oh my God.”
