Summary
Life in hell was better than Vox used to picture it as a child. He was rich, famous, and had a boyfriend and no one could give him shit about it. Sure, his boyfriend was pushy, and rude, and violent- but this was hell. His father used to tell him he'd burn and suffer down here for eternity, and while it wasn't quite burning he did feel like his suffering had taken the form of a sweet-tongued demon who was his everything and a grinning deer who he wished could be.

Alastor's relationship with feelings had always been somewhat turbulent. He was capable of love- he knew that much from his fond memories of his mother's smiling face- though it was certainly rare. Maybe he had been close to it, but that annoyingly disgusting moth had managed to snatch away any semblance of the man he had begun to grow fond of many years ago. He'd shut himself off more, since then, and given in to his more sadistic desires on a more regular schedule. Though, the princess's doomed-to-fail endeavour had somehow managed to awaken a less used but much stronger emotion within him.

When Dream woke up in a prison cell he didn't know where he was. All he knew was he finally had his body back (maybe? mostly) and no way to tell anyone that whatever Night had done wasn't him. Maybe they wouldn't care, anyway. Maybe it didn't matter.
They would care, very much so, but the problem was that they didn't know.or; Dream was possessed to allow me to redeem his character, and deals with the inhumane prison he has now found himself in, the dreamon still stubbornly attached to him and the people who think he is a monster.

settling into life at an american college went better than georgia thought it would, expect for one thing; the annoyingly attractive blonde cheerleader named 'claire' who prefers to go by 'dream'- because of course she does.
it's not like she'd done anything wrong, per-se, more just something about her being exactly georgia's type yet so humiliatingly perfect and unavailable that made it enough for her to dislike her.
dream, on the other hand, was really starting to become intrigued by the cute british girl she kept bumping into, and was starting to realise that maybe her sexuality wasn't as 'straight'-forward as she'd thought.or;
dnf but they're sapphic and bad at communicating- plus, they're in a college au. might end up more angsty than i intend it to, but i love them too much to not fill it with copious amount of fluff- eventually, at least.

arthur harrow was a devoted man, but he had never known true devotion until he met Her. perhaps khonshu was worth it if it meant it lead to this moment, with her hand gripping his hair and her knowing smirk seeing through every past sin but accepting him anyway.
khonshu could have his little trio of avatars- he could have whatever he wanted if it meant he could feel like this forever. he finally knew his purpose, and she was beautiful. -

Viktor scowls at her.
“Relinquish the flesh!” She exclaims, ignoring his annoyance; a joyful smile on her face.
Maybe he should've just died when he had the chance to.
Or: Death is supposed to be final, or so Viktor thought; because if it is, then why had he woken up in his childhood bedroom?
Or; after the finale, rather than dying, Viktor is spat out back in the past. Ridden with guilt, he decides to change the outcome of his fate. He helps people along the way.

Left without an ally, Zoro employed a time-tested technique he had learned out of necessity from growing up with four sisters, shutting himself down and just letting the world happen around him.
“No, you’re not doing that,” Nami said, slapping him lightly on the face, “No fugue state Zoro today. We’re going to write a love letter for you to deliver to him since you’re horrible with words. What are some things you like about Sanji?”
“I don’t like curly.”
“That’s so cute,” Hiyori sobbed, “You have a nickname for him already. Young love is so wonderful.”
“I’m 27,” Zoro moaned.
“About time you settle down,” Perona nodded.

Sanji hums, drops his head onto Zoro's shoulder, and feels his own pain, feels Zoro's intake of breath. Sits there, kinda sleepy now, Usopp making snuffling noises horizonal on the other side of the table, and Zoro very warm under his cheek. Maybe he is too drunk, because his eyes are closing and his breathing is evening out, and the hurt isn't that much, anymore, can barely feel it at all.
“You little shit,” Zoro says eventually.
Sanji grins to himself, says more to Zoro’s neck, “You think?”
