“Oh, you must be my new roommate!” The man exclaimed, his movements wide and wild. “Come in, come in. I’m very excited to meet you!”
There was a tinge of bitterness in his tone, despite how expertly the man tried to cover it up. It was a sound Atsushi was familiar with, a feeling he could pick out effortlessly. Ignoring the way his chest constricted, Atsushi sent the man a small smile, gripping the rim of his moving cart and pushing it towards the door.
