Seven decides to call Noli before he kills himself. Noli picks up. After talking briefly, they take Seven to their temple and decide to keep him there. Maybe things can go back to the way they used to be. He'll just need some persuasion, and he'll see Noli is in the right.

Somebody had opened a second dark fountain in the Dreemurr living room, and as much as Tenna had begged the lightners, Kris and their friends had to leave his show early to close the more threatening one first. He’s not entirely sure whether his deal with the Knight includes stopping the kids from closing any and all fountains, or just the one giving his own world form, but it’s certainly distressing to think he’s already ruined his last chance at a comeback. So, naturally, he follows after them.

“Holy shit..” Noli took a step closer. “Is that a..?”
“A baby?” 007n7 intervened, finishing Noli’s sentence. “Yeah. Yeah, it is. And not just any baby, it's..” 007n7 trailed off. “Just look at it.”
The baby stirred in its sleep, letting out a soft, muffled gurgle. Its skin was deep crimson, almost glowing in the dim light. Noli’s mouth was wide open. “Oh my goodness, it’s fucking red.” he whispered in disbelief.
“Thank you!” 007n7 said, throwing up his hands. “Finally, someone acknowledges the baby is red! I thought I was going insane.”
“Why is it red?!” Noli whisper-yelled, his voice cracked with disbelief as he flailed his arms like he could somehow fling the weirdness out of the room by force alone.
“You think I know?!” 007n7 shot back, hands gesturing wildly. “You think I just wander around campus planting red demon babies in cardboard boxes for funsies!?"

And so, he disguised himself as a mortal, ready to learn about all that would fray and crumble into his possession.
Then, Noli met him, and his objective changed with it.
(I don't write in the Forsaken tag at all, so forgive me if this is OOC. It's midnight and I didn't want to lose this idea.
Also, this was meant to combine Noli's old and new lore, so best of both worlds. :D)

“You’re slipping,” Darkheart taunted, his voice a twisted singsong. “All that power, all that light, and yet…” His talons traced a slow line along Illumina’s wrist, dancing along the armor’s edge, teasing. “We can feel it, the crack. Oh, we’re here. We’re inside, writhing in that perfect little mind of yours.”
Illumina snarled, an expression foreign to his usually pristine face, and shoved Darkheart back, his sword pressing harder against the other god’s throat. “You’re nothing but a parasite,” he hissed. “Feeding off the scraps of fear and disorder. You have no place here. No meaning, no substance. Just a nuisance to be swept away.”
Darkheart didn’t resist the shove. If anything, he seemed to sink into it, letting his body flow like shadow under Illumina’s force. “Oh, keep telling yourself that,” he cooed, eyes gleaming with something darkly affectionate. “You need us, Illumina. Without chaos, what are you? Just another light, shining in an endless, pointless void.”

"What about you? I thought you were gonna be hanging out with Rocket, after all-" The medic started, but was quickly cut off by the eager demon.
"Nope! He said he was busy! So I decided to spend time with you!" The swordsman chirped, a warm smile on his face that made the medic's heart flutter, but it was quickly overrun by a feeling of worry.
"Rocket? But he was just here, looking for you." The medic said, suspicion evident in his singular eye, fully turning to face the other.

He makes his way to his cabin quickly, footsteps squelching on the already moist floor, a hand held over his head as he tries to prevent the droplets of rain from falling on his monocle.
He’s almost to the door of the small building when he hears someone’s footsteps behind him.
Immediately, he tenses up, hand reaching for his revolver and turning around to point it towards the sound, eye scanning for movement as he looks for the intruder. He really hopes that it’s just one of his nosy shippmates— but as he looks, he realises… it’s a very familiar face who's been following him.
He sees the telltale blue feathers of his brother and immediately, his gun is back in his holster, his muscles relaxed as he studies Illumina’s follower.
“Sword?”

Summary
Venomshank had always been wary of Illumina.
He had kept his distance from his brother for centuries, now. After all, he was far closer with Darkheart than he was with Illumina, and those two were always bickering and arguing.
What he did not predict was for Illumina to steal his son.
The deity had seen so, so many lives lost. He, too, had killed dozens of demons in his feral state. But there was nothing as undoing as watching his son, his beautiful son, slip away from him.
It ached in his chest every day when Sword would not come home to play video games or to train with Venomshank. The grief burned inside of Venomshank’s heart, which he thought had been long rotted, just like the zombies he reigned control over.
tl;dr - venomshank mourns the loss of sword into follower sword. sword comes home, but it doesn’t go as expected.

This is a roleswap AU, in which Ace takes Dragon’s protagonist role.
The cast will get minor design changes. For example, Ace here wears a long orange scarf, Dragon has actual dragon wings and tail, Purple carries tools on her belt… things like that.The most important addition is that when you get eclipsed, you can still control your vessel, making this a “partial eclipse” instead. Until eventually, you give in and become fully eclipsed.
