John glared at Yelena, who had stayed with him in the medical bay until he was cleared to join everyone else in the debriefing room. "I am not cute," he growled, teeth bared.
"Not when you are making that face, no," she replied, totally unfazed. "But the ears and tail are nice."
John grumbled, his ears drooping. Because that's what his ears could do now. His stupid floppy dog ears that looked like two bent over triangles on top of his head, and his stupid furry dog tail sticking out behind him. "This sucks."

Summary
John Walker wakes up in bed with a mystery person, who turns out to not be a mystery and most confusedly, not be a woman. Something about him feels different too. Confusion, questions, with revelations and a foreign intimacy rattle John senseless. He is a man of rules, and he’s broken two of them already. John needs to leave. The not mystery person then wakes up. John Walker doesn’t leave that bed for a long time.
But afterwards he starts to learn. Maybe he still does deserve some good things in his life. Maybe some rules should be broken.

Two years ago, Peter and Stiles had finally gone public with their relationship when Stiles had finally completed his masters’, although Chris had known since the two of them had got together a year before that, having counselled both of them through the agonising months of mutual pining.
It was around that time that he realised that the two of them had somehow become the best friends he’d ever had.
Six months ago, the two of them had started dropping hints about their bed being open to him if he ever felt like “having his mind blown” (Stiles’s words, not his).
It was around that time that he realised he was hopelessly in love with both of them and would be physically unable to carry on with his life if he got that taste and nothing more.

The lights in the clinic were blindingly bright, slowly bringing about a headache while a beta nurse attended to him. She was human, Stiles could feel his spark all the time now and just knew these things.
“Okay hun, do you think there’s a chance you might be pregnant?” she asked, not even looking up at him from the list of questions she was having him answer.
Stiles went to say no, there wasn’t any way, but there was, wasn’t there? It was rare for a male omega to get pregnant outside of a heat, but it was possible. And Stiles had bedded not one, but two alpha’s, one of them a werewolf.
The words died on his tongue, faltering as the thing he had refused to think about sank in as a very much real possibility.
“Yes,” he said instead, the word ripped from him roughly.———
Everything changes for Stiles in the worst way it could. One thing led to another and the Stilinski’s are left with no choice but to leave Beacon Hills for good.

"It's a cold night, detective. Wouldn't you be better off inside?" Stiles drawled as he dropped down to the precinct roof from a neighboring building.
Detective Christopher Argent tensed, but didn't turn around. He was stood facing out to the city, leaning against the hip-height walls of the rooftop.
"Solaris. I could say the same to you," The detective spoke gruffly.
He was Stiles' favourite cop, probably one of the only ones he actually liked. Chris wasn't corrupt like the others, he had a real sense of justice. He didn't necessarily approve entirely of what Stiles did at times, but he never said anything against it either.
"I have the power of the sun at my fingertips, I'm never cold if I don't have to be," he murmured, right behind Chris now. "How's Peter?"
