There are two things that Haru knows for sure: one, he is straight and two, illegal adollium trade is in control. "You confuse faith with facts," Daisuke's voice echoes in his head. He conveniently tells the voice in his head to shut the fuck up
Alternatively, everything is a lie and Haru doesn’t know who is right anymore. He has a treacherous heart so sometimes, he just trusts. It will all turn out okay though, it has to.
(Post-canon Haru and Daisuke embark on a case and fall in love.)

The voice is mellow, flowing like honey, and so, so deep. Haru is dumbstruck at the sound, and it takes a few moments for him to process the fact that he is being addressed.
He straightens up. He’s about to answer mindlessly, unsure if he wants to demand how this freshman knows his name, or simply answer his question with a ‘yes’. Although he isn’t able to do either, as the other speaks again, expression schooled in an immaculately blank manner.
“Congratulations. See you in Class A.”

The getting done might involve private jets and sleek, designer suits, but they still get done right? If Haru won't accept his help without force, he'll just force him. More than one way to skin a cat, and multiple ways to ensure Haru is swayed to his line of reasoning. Not many of them cost under $3mil though...
