After all, foster care is no place for a quirkless kid like him. Plus, working as a hacker and analyst for the League doesn't sound like it would be too bad. But, after meeting a hurt little girl in Overhaul's headquarters, Toga and Izuku can't just sit back and take orders from Shigaraki anymore. With some careful consideration, Izuku figures a villain reformation program at UA doesn't sound horrible, even if it means having to put up with Bakugou.

Albedo pauses, before sketching a golden sunflower behind his ear. It spirals, until lithe buttercups thread themselves through the long plait, and the boy's expression turns into one of surprised delight as a golden butterfly perches on his nose...
Oh gods.
Albedo has literally just drawn this very real and existing man into some sort of Disney prince.
This might be the most inanely embarrassing thing he has ever done.

This fic takes place after the Hosu arc and skips straight to the kids moving into the dorm. This is my fun little interim AU wherein the kids get to deal with their emotional baggage and interpersonal drama without having to actively fight for their lives, at least for a little while. Sweater Weather is 100% a self indulgent comfort fic, diving right into all the classic tropes of mutual pining and hurt/comfort.
