Looking back at how terrible they had been to each other in the past, Keeho remains dumbfounded by all of the growth their relationship has experienced throughout the years. It was all so slow and gradual that it felt natural to go from barely tolerating the younger man to purposely seeking him out every chance he got, his eyes bouncing from person to person until they landed on the right one.
Present-day Keeho now stares at himself in horror after catching himself smiling fondly at Jiung’s antics—most importantly, after noticing an odd, warm sensation spreading across his chest at the sight of the other man.
‘What the fuck,’ is all that crosses his mind as he watches all the color drain from his face. He doesn’t fully understand what’s going on yet, but he knows that independent of what it is, he is utterly and absolutely fucked.

And Choi Jiung, the farmer he's supposed to be learning from, is the most frustratingly unbothered person Keeho has ever met in his life, and he doesn't even know who Keeho is besides a pampered city boy with no responsibilities. He wakes up at five-thirty every morning without complaint and works until the light is gone and somehow manages to look like beautiful while doing it.
But that doesn't matter. He has a flight back to Seoul booked for the end of the season, and this is just a temporary arrangement to satisfy his parents.
