Vox cast him a sideways glance, and Val readied himself for this to become a whole thing. Everyone thought he was the dramatic one, but Vox was the one who would turn what shouldn't have mattered at all into a production. “You don’t look fine. You’re crying. Are the dreams back?”
“…Yes,” Val said reluctantly after a moment.
The dreams. It was almost funny how they both danced around the topic. They never called them nightmares because they weren’t anything that serious. They were just remnants of an idle mind. Vestiges of a life Val was far removed from. And yet the word “dreams” always managed to make Val furious. Because how could anything so trivial make Val feel so bad?
Val has a nightmare. Vox tries to help.

He's clearly still seething about the fact that she and Val risked their afterlives to save him, and he's not going to make the first move to fix their relationship, stubborn old asshole that he is. Velvette misses him, much as she loathes to admit it, so she makes him an offer.
Things turn out...differently than she expected.
or, Vox promises to take Velvette apart, then does exactly that. She enjoys it more than she thought she would.

Valentino peppers kisses from his chest all the way up to his face "Eyes on me." He growls into Voxs' mouth before poking his tongue between his lips. Valentino reaches up to rub one of his antennaes and it definitely gets a rise out of Vox. He Shivers violently, it's been awhile since they've been able to do any of this. Valentino wants to savor him, to get his mind off of all of his boring work.
He slides his tongue over the roof of Voxs' mouth and mixes his saliva into their kiss. The aphrodisiac tingling his tongue with a soft buzz. Vox almost moans into his mouth, this man hardly ever bottoms, like-- ever. And he was way too tired to fight Val on it now. The least he could do to keep whatever "strict boss-man" reputation he had left was keeping quiet. It's not like Val could even top correctly, especially when it came to Vox, right?

Summary
The Vees are students who share a dorm. Vox is a VC (Visual Communication) student, Velvette studies Fashion, and Valentino studies Video. Together, they survive the busy schedule and being so much better than everyone else, while navigating their own troubles.
Vox is fixated on his obsession with a certain student, Alastor, while trying to make his way to the top of the University’s student Union, led by Charlie. He denies his feelings towards men and his interest in a popular radio show he hates.
Velvette finds herself in constant fights with the head of the university workshop, Carmila, while being feared and respected as the social media queen.
Valentino hates the cold of this city and always tries to smoke inside the campus. In his assignments, he focuses on nudity, but makes a clean version each time, for his neglectful family back in Florida.Will Vox prove himself in the Student Union and stop embarrassing himself in front of Alastor? Will Valentino forever get away with his exploitation of another student? Will Velvette continue to top herself despite the rumors?
And who’s that anonymous Radio-student that keeps stealing their successes?Trust them, with that degree!
