Ratio nearly spits out his wine.
For Veritas Ratio, the struggle to suppress his cravings during a trip to a distant planet is nothing less than burdensome. Overwhelmed by an insatiable hunger for blood and his long-suppressed desires, he finds himself at his limit when Aventurine proposes an experiment to both sate Ratios appetite and satisfy Aventurine’s curiosity.

Tartaglia bites him, and Scaramouche fails to choke down the noise that escapes. It only goes so far as Childe’s ear, mouth hidden behind the other’s hand. Childe makes a sound so pleased that Scaramouche could only describe it as a purr.
Then something touches his hip, something stiff, and Childe whines, pulling Scaramouche closer and burying his face in his shoulder. It’s then that Scaramouche wonders, wildly, if he’s making love to him.
TL;DR Childe and Scaramouche are on a recruitment mission for the Fatui. They are desperately in love and they are so confused.
