“Ya’d do that for a total stranger?” Atsumu replies mirthlessly, hunching his shoulders so that he appears smaller. “Even if I’m…“ He trails off, unable to give voice to the thought that he’s a worthless, unlovable piece of shit who doesn’t deserve to be happy.
Sakusa bumps his knee against Atsumu’s, jolting him out of his spiral. “I may not know what’s going on in your head or in your life, but I do know from personal experience that it helps to get the emotions out instead of bottling them up inside of you. No matter what the issue is, I promise not to judge you.”
After Atsumu gets dumped at the altar, he tries to drown himself in despair. A passing stranger saves him and offers to listen to him, and in the end, Atsumu comes out with a new friend and maybe something more.

Summary
The thing about Miya Atsumu is that Kiyoomi is fully and entirely obsessed with him. Every time Atsumu sticks his tongue out like a dog, which is quite a lot, Kiyoomi suppresses the urge to bite it off and lick up the blood. Sometimes he watches Atsumu sleep and wonders what it would be like to climb into Atsumu’s pocket and live there.
It’s a problem.
It’s a problem made thirty-seven times worse by the fact that Atsumu is fully and entirely obsessed with him back, which leads them into situations like Atsumu having a drawer in Kiyoomi’s bedroom and a shelf in Kiyoomi’s shower labelled ATSUMU because Atsumu can’t bear to leave his side for more than three minutes at best. It's terrible.

Atsumu's eyes creep back open upon hearing Aran's muffled voice from inside. He hears Aran chuckle sadly, “Trying to run a business while having to watch over yer brother like this.”
“Managin' it? I'm at the end of my rope, Aran.” Osamu sounds like he's on the verge of passing out and Atsumu's gut twists in guilt. He blinks trying to dry his glassy eyes. He didn't need Osamu to manage him and he certainly didn't want his brother to worry about him like this.
“Ever since our parents left, 'Tsumu just hasn't been the same.”
'Like ya have, asshole.' Atsumu thinks bitterly.
