Summary
In 2004, on Seong Gi-hun’s 30th birthday, he falls into a pool of water while stumbling home drunk on Soju. Gi-hun wakes up in a hospital bed next to the sleeping form of Hwang In-ho, in In-ho’s wife’s body (here named Seo Sun-young). In-ho is an ordinary political science professor at Seoul University who prefers his single life and has not been interested in relationships for many years now. He isn't very social and has little interest in socializing with anyone other than his family, until one day a famous photo model, Seong Gi-hun, bursts into his quiet life and all of a sudden In-ho has to deal with the fact that for some reason everyone is convinced that they are in a relationship.
