He's still a little too powerful but that's just his genius leaking out.

It took the latter a moment to realize the boy was afraid to touch him—afraid he might injure Katsuki further—and he couldn’t help but let out a breath of laughter.
As if Izuku Midoriya could ever hurt him.
“M’sorry,” he murmured before he could stop himself, his damn filter still gone with his delirium, words slipping out of his mouth like leather boots on blood-slicked stone, his breaths coming out in short puffs, “I didn’t know… where else to go.”
____Katsuki gets severely injured, shows up at Izuku's door, and Izuku has to take care of him.
