Both will seek to help Ajax return to the future in exchange for him giving them information about the destruction of Khaenri'ah so they can prevent it.
And no matter how much he tries to deny or repress it, Ajax ends up falling in love with the man who gave him shelter, food, and companionship during his stay in the past. And Thrain... simply falls hopelessly in love with him, with someone he shouldn't, because he doesn't exist in his present until now, because even though they are together, fate will bring inevitable consequences for those who try to defy it.
