There is one time of year when all four houses can celebrate together and that’s at the school’s unofficial after-party that’s held in the Forbidden Forest after the sorting hat ceremony. There are two rules: only seventh years are allowed to attend (and in this case the returning students from the Battle of Hogwarts) and each person must wear a glowing necklace that indicates if they’re single (green), taken (red), single and open to all genders (yellow), and not interested (blue).
