Summary

The dichotomy between trying to figure out is it 'has' or 'had' in Present Mic's English class and shaking hands with corrupt politicians while trying not to kill them on national television a few hours later follows Izuku as he tries to sort out his feelings for Bakugou Katsuki, in-between therapy sessions. Someone bring back the Demon Overlord. Please.

Shanks finally smiles, something carefree, something a little distant. "Sorry, Bugs, you know how bad I am with orders."
Buggy makes an angry noise strangled in his throat. "So what do we do now? Is this in our mind? Is it a projected illusion?"
"Only one way to find out, right?"
And then Rayleigh is subjected to a blood curdling scenario in which Buggy calmly throws the knife in his hand at Shanks and incites shouts of panic amongst the crew. The knife is embedded deep enough that in a matter of seconds, Shanks' shirt is soaked with blood.
While the rest of the crew throw themselves into a panicked frenzy, grabbing hold of both of their cabin boys, Rayleigh sees clearly as Shanks and Buggy share a look that slowly descends into horror.

Then gifts start arriving at his apartment, on the first of every month, like clockwork, like an apology. There is never any note, but the wrapping paper is Japanese, thick and expensive, and always blue-black.
He could pretend they were from anyone; from Alfred, or from Bruce, as unlikely as that would be. The lack of a signature made it easy to compartmentalise again. Perhaps that was the point.
It was usually food, or astronomically expensive, understated clothing that Tim would never buy for himself. Once, when his prescription ran out, it was melatonin; of course that little- whoever it was, kept tabs on that.

After the Battle of the Five Armies and return to home, Bilbo feels strangely restless. Well, the way his family tries to marry him off might be contributing to this. The One Ring decides it needs to understand its bearer better in order to properly manipulate him - the hobbit is proving unexpectedly good at resisting its influence.
The road to East is long and this was never supposed to happen, but violence was never Bilbo's preference when it came to solving problems - whether he was aware that a problem existed or not. The Wise and the Mighty might say that everything has already been tried against Sauron, but Good Hobbit Sense and actually communicating somehow hadn't made that list.

Instead, what she gets is Buggy blowing out a deep, aggravated sigh that drags out for a long period, wearing an incredibly sour-faced expression as he glares out at the incoming ship the same way one might glare at a dirty smudge on their glass.
