“Rui!” An enthusiastic voice calls from over yonder. Rui looks around after straightening up from setting a box full of small machines and miscellaneous props down backstage.
Rui hums before making eye contact with Tsukasa, a gentle smile overtaking his face at the sight of the blond alone, “Ah, Tsukasa-kun!” He calls happily, heart fluttering with joy at the sight of the star.
Tsukasa bounces over and shoots Rui a beaming grin, “Are you free right now?” He holds such an air of Tsukasa-typical confidence that Rui finds it overly endearing (as he does with most things the blond does).

At least, that’s what he used to believe.
Or, Rui's tendency to suppress his emotions backfires when a certain troupe member turns his world upside down.
