They just…had too many feelings, is the thing. Too many stamped out emotions that burst at the seams, exploded some days, and ended up in them fighting and shouting all the time. All the littlest, smallest of things that irked them. Every foolish action and word spoken (and unspoken). Their personalities that appeared at the surface, eventually, as they lived together, both pretty and ugly. Mostly ugly. Scaramouche had anger issues, while Kazuha cared less and less each day, which, of course, angered Scaramouche some more.
So they clashed. They argued a lot, they fucked, they fought, fucked again, they cried, bawled their eyes out, fucked and made up, said some things they regretted the next day, after fucking some more and apologizing in between making out, saying they couldn’t live without each other, repeating the words I love you like they’d run out of chances telling them.

He’s sweating like a pig, but Kazuha once said it adds to the performance and he ‘looks good like that’—when the lights make his skin glisten, beads of sweat running tracks down his face—so it’s… excusable. As his fingers work the strings and frets of his guitar, his muscle memory kicks in, voice pouring out breathily against the mic as it’s meant to be.
As always, Kazuha is staring from his place onstage, boring holes into his back; Scaramouche doesn’t know whether or not he’s happy about that.

“No,” Wanderer snips and turns around, successfully ending this conversation by walking away.
