Summary
"Roo.”
“Jake? Hey, hey, hey, what’s wrong? What’s going on?”
At Rooster’s insistent questioning, the Dagger squad had abandoned their game of pool, now crowding around Maverick and Rooster, the latter with his phone pressed harder against his ear in an attempt to hear the younger man on the other side of the line.
“Roo.” A wet cough could be heard. “H-help. Please.” -

Summary
Stiles always did his best to hide whenever he got sick. Ever since his mom died, that's just how it's been for him. Sometimes, he just- he missed the soft touch that flitted against his forehead when he had a raging fever, the concerned eyes looking down at him. To top it all off, he was still a minor, which meant he couldn't buy himself any of the heavy duty stuff, and that's exactly what he needed right now. He couldn't ask his dad or Melissa, they'd freak out, so who better than Derek Hale?

Summary
Everyone always made jokes that Buck was always hungry. He understood, he did tend to eat whenever the chance presented itself, but he's been trying to scale back. Really, he has. It's just.. he taught himself to eat whenever he could, no matter what.
He never knew when he would get the chance next, so it was better to be safe than sorry.

Summary
Buck knew that not everyone was completely over the lawsuit.
He knew for the most part that his team and those most important to him have forgiven him for everything that happened and their bonds are now stronger than ever. However, Buck also knew that there were some fellow firefighters who liked to hold grudges.
He just never thought those grudges would go beyond angry glares and cold shoulders.
-Takes place roughly after Season 3 so spoilers if you haven't seen the whole show so far

Summary
It’s Christmas Eve, and Dennis is in the foulest mood anyone could ever be in.
Only internally though. Outwardly, he’s acting completely normally because it isn’t anyone else’s fault that he’ll be spending the next day all alone.
He’s writing up his notes, silently praying for someone to come in with an emergency that takes up so much time that he naturally continues his shift into the next day. It’s probably not good to pray on a tragedy, but Dennis is far past the point of sterling morality this week.
He imagines it will come back to bite him.

Summary
Robby isn't jealous. He's not. He's not over-protective of his residents (or one in particular) and Jack needs to stop telling people that's the case.
Or, Robby's holding onto his temper and righteous fury as long as he can. Until he can't.
5+1 things, in which Robby learns how to care about someone and it ends up hitting him just how much when he thinks it's over and he's lost his chance before it ever started.

Summary
“Where does it hurt?”
“What?”
“The pain. I’m not playing this fucking game with you anymore. Where is the pain?” He waited, stared, until finally Dennis’s eyes came up from the floor and locked in on his own. “You’re one of the most driven people I’ve had the pleasure of working with in a long time, Whitaker, and you are off your game in a big way. I’ve seen you sit down more times in the past eight hours than I’ve seen you sit ever. You’re barely eating, you’re dragging ass, and -please excuse how direct I’m being when I say this- you’ve been downright bitchy the past three days.” Dennis’s face fell, and he tilted his head back down, eyes locking in and beginning to count the speckles in the tile floor, until long, deft fingers met his chin and tilted his face back upward, forcing him back into the eye contact that would be his undoing. “Tell me where it hurts.”
