Summary
Do you like reading Warrior cats? Did you love Crowfeather's story and him as a character? Did you grow fond of him only for his entire story and character arc to be destroyed and all of his lovable qualities being dumbed down to him being a shitty and cold hearted dad?
Yeah.
Me too.
So, out of spite, I'm rewriting the story of Crowfeather into this new furry retelling. Where his qualities are NOT FORGOTTEN, he doesn't have a sad LOVE STORY, and the racism of his clan leader is CALLED OUT. There are several changes made to the story. They are not on the land shown in the stories, I made a Pinterest board to help visualize the new land. You are born into clans, but you can come and go from clans freely, you're not eternally bound to one and then kill eachother over this fake sense of loyalty. (BECAUSE IT FILLS ME WITH RAGE).

It doesn’t take long for us to get out of town, and we all relax at least a little bit once we’re outside of the city limits. Brandon offers to be DJ, plays generic pop songs that nobody loves but everyone except Crow is alright with, and Crow has his earbuds in so it doesn’t matter what he thinks. There isn't enough space for all of us, so Squirrel and Crow (the only ones that will fit) are belted into the same seat.
Instead of a quest to save the Clans, the journey to the sun-drown-place is a bunch of kids in a five-seater car, running away from home.

Summary

Summary
Ravensight doesn't really lead a particularly exciting life, even though sometimes he wants to.
He's going to regret that as he becomes a mentor, sort of fails upwards into a position of pseudo-authority, discovers a bunch of stuff about Windclan he'd rather not know, struggles with his place in the clan and in the world, loses his sense of purpose from time to time and overthinks all of the things; all the while his family laughts at, and sometimes with, him.
He does get a boyfriend in the process, tho.
