Ava is only clad in a small tight red swimsuit she'd decided to buy on a whim earlier with her first paycheck from the bar. She'd seen it in the small corner shop they have to walk by everyday to work and had held it up with such excitement Beatrice couldn't deny her. Will never be able to. Not when Ava looks at her with those eyes, those eyes that can see every part of her.
Well, she wants to slap herself over the head now that she hadn't, now that she knows what it's like to have Ava's hips in her hands and her body pressed up entirely against her own with the thinnest layer of material possible between them.

Summary
Ava rolls over, shutting her brain off, and very carefully presses the palm of her hand on Beatrice’s waist.
Beatrice tenses immediately, a sharp intake of breath filling the otherwise quiet bedroom.
A few seconds pass with nothing and Ava starts to pull away, an apology on her lips, when Beatrice grabs her wrist. It’s so fast that Ava hardly registers what happened, but suddenly, she’s being pulled to the other side of the bed.
Ava lets it happen, helps, and now she’s hovering over Beatrice. She’s so close she can see the shine in her eyes, how wide they are and she can see them flicker to her lips and back up.
Bea’s made this move, it’s her turn now. Ava leans forward, giving Beatrice a chance to turn her away.
When she doesn’t, it’s game over. Their lips meet and every functioning part of Ava’s brain that might tell her there will be consequences to this completely disappear.
The world could set fire tonight and Ava would keep kissing her as the apartment collapsed around them.
