Summary
But one day, she finally broke.
She isn’t really sure why this happened, truthfully. It’s not like it was a bad day or anything like that (not that there are ever any “good days” when she’s trapped in this virtual hell), and she mostly felt the same as she always did. But something inside of her, maybe the last hanging thread of her willpower, snapped.
Caine puts his arm around Pomni’s shoulders as he’s chortling about something, and something wild and rabid consumes Pomni’s head.
“Don’t TOUCH ME!”
--
Pomni doesn't like being touched.

Cellbit stares at him incredulously, “She has no argument! There’s no argument here! It’s just about facts and fact is; Hatsune Miku is not real!”

OR;Cellbit, Roier, and Jaiden have a dinner party to try and get through all this wine Foolish gave at the wedding. Drunk shenanigans ensue.

"I wish it didn't bother me. I mean, it's not like I ever knew them. And they kind of did some bad things…I just forget sometimes," Adora continued with a helpless shrug, her voice getting smaller with every word. "That I'm not from here."
Or: 5 times Adora's alien biology was glaringly obvious (+1 time it didn't matter)
(Or, or: I'm obsessed with the idea of Adora looking humanoid but is 100% not a human and definitely an alien from another planet, because why don't we talk about this more???)

Summary
"As soon as she saw who the client was, her words died in her throat. Her drink slipped out of her hand a second later, but Catra couldn’t bring herself to care about the stain it would leave in the carpet.
Across the table from her boss, wearing a perfectly-tailored suit that looked more expensive than most of Catra’s tuition payments, was Adora.
As in, that Adora. The one Catra dated for all of college.
The one that broke her heart four and a half weeks before graduation.
The one that, according to what she’d said on the last day Catra had seen her, had fallen out of love with her."
Or, six years ago, Adora and Catra were college students in love. Then, in one fateful meeting at a coffee shop, Adora broke Catra's heart.
Now Catra's a junior partner at a law firm handling a patent dispute for Adora's family company. The two of them have to re-enter the other's life in an attempt for closure, catharsis, and connection.
