The love boiling up inside Shiro rattles him to the very core, and he tries to show that to Keith.
The beautiful thing about the kiss, he thinks as their lips finally part so they can share gentle, warm breaths in the space between their mouths, is that it doesn’t need to be deeper, or hotter, or anything. The passion, love, and desire are palpable in the air, but it doesn’t need anything. It frees Shiro. It consumes him.
