Summary
The man's heavy work boots beat against the flooring once again, this time remaining where Will could see him. His eyes following him, watching his every move. The water tap in the corner of the room looked as if it was barely functioning anymore. Will gazed around the room, pulling his eyes away from the man. Wood paneling covered every wall, above the door rested a single crucifix. Mocking Will the moment he looked at it. Christ dying, bound just the same as Will. It was haunting, even from across the room Will could see the suffering painted onto Christ's face.

Will didn’t get the chance to finish, stilling mid-turn as Mike kissed the words right from his lips.
The kiss was over before Will fully registered it. Just a soft brush of lips; this sweet, juvenile thing he hadn’t tasted in years. Something so forgotten it felt like new.
“Shit, I’m so sorry!” Mike’s hand dropped from where his fingers were holding Will’s chin. “I— I— I’m such an idiot.”
Will’s mouth opened in a silent oh, then closed as the corners of his lips turned upwards, smirking.
Mike had kissed him.
This sweet, shy, rambling mess of a man had kissed him. Unprompted. Behind closed doors. A feet away from his bed. After they’d been talking for ages about the least sexy or even remotely romantic things in the world.
Will wobbled slightly as his stomach fluttered with something he didn’t want to admit in full capacity.
