Summary
Brockton Bay, home to our protagonist Taylor "Kiddo" Hebert, is a city in peril. For decades it has been plagued by nonsensical threats like zombie boats and armed fascist goons. Only one woman can save it, and she's been waiting for a chance to use her superpowers for three months now. Clad in a papier mache mask of her own face, our would be heroine will use her very powerful powers to do very Taylorly things to all the villains, and all the heroes too if she gets the chance. Except envious eyes have set their sights on her home, not just her city but her entire world. As the story that was written for this young lady twists and turns we must ask, will she save the world, or will she never even get the chance? All we know for sure is that Taylor is going to be the best bad guy she can be, and that she is very powerful.
Do note, an understanding of Worm is needed to enjoy this fanfic as spoilers for the entirety of Worm feature throughout. This fic loosely follows Worm's plot in the way that any abridged series does. The eclectic chapter numbering is part of this, with chapters being numbered after the closest thing in Worm to their events.

Summary
The TARDIS recruits a rescue team for the Doctor after the Judoon take her away, and the Master really shouldn't go. Particularly if it includes having to hang around a freakish temporal monstrosity like Jack Harkness. Then again, what does he have to lose? He could die, sure, but that means nothing when he always (always always always) comes back, whether he wants to or not.
Turns out the Doctor is determined to save the Master, too. He hates every second of it. Really, he absolutely does, she's very cruel and horrible, everything's her fault, and there's nothing good about spending time with the Doctor, at all. Ever.

Summary
