Summary
Stanley Pines, age 26, wakes up in a park to a nerd staring at him. The kid says his name is Dipper and that he's on a mission to reunite Stan with his brother. Stan doesn't really want to do this, but Dipper is offering to pay, and he says his brother is in trouble. Stanley will always help Stanford, no matter what shit has happened in the past, so he sets off.
Stanford Pines, age 26, wakes up in his house to a teenage girl chatting with his friend, Fiddleford McGucket. The girl- Mabel, supposedly- knows all about his muse and their dalliances because she is, also supposedly, his great-niece from the future. While he does not want to reunite with Stanley necessarily, she essentially blackmails him into being nice when he arrives. Because apparently Stanley is coming to his house. Joy.
(Dipper and Mabel, on the eve of their 18th birthday, are sent back in time to their Grunkles 1 year before the portal is completed. They both, separately and then together, work to fix the mistakes of the past. Featuring a matchmaking Mabel and a scam artist icon Dipper.)

Summary
Before Hogwarts, the Black brothers used to share everything, and leave the rest of the world outside. But when Sirius leaves for school, the world seems to come between them, no matter how much Sirius would like to take Regulus with him into his new life.
Regulus should be jealous of his brother's new best friend, but can't bring himself to hate him. James can't help but love the younger Black, and Sirius just wants to steal Regulus away from their pathetic excuse for a home. Can they save Regulus in time, or is the world going to separate Black brothers for good?
The story starts from 1971, and is going to be a long one, following Sirius, Regulus, James and Remus through their school years and Wizarding War I. It's going to be canon compliant in the beginning, but not for too long.

Sirius pushed into a sitting position. "Remus," he pleaded.
"What? Have you really never met anyone that just flirts?" Remus had most of his glow back, and Sirius was fucking basking in it.
"No," Sirius confirmed, "and definitely not like this."
"Don't worry, you'll get used to it." He stood and walked towards the kitchen, dropping a kiss on Sirius' head as he went. He was walking much better today, his tilt to the right much less noticeable. "Hey, how much you wanna bet that when James comes in and goes straight for the water, I can make him cough it up in, like, ten words or less?"
Sirius grinned at him, trying not to reach up and rub the kiss into his scalp. He could already see this becoming a game: who could make James spit up his water fastest? He voiced this thought.
Remus smirked at him over his shoulder. "Nah. Let's call it: Will James Spit or Swallow."
Sirius threw the pillow at him.

Sirius studied Remus’ face. He was curious what he thought of all of this, the only one of them who didn’t have a mark– theoretically– and the only one with a muggle parent. Muggles didn’t get marks, he knew. If Remus’ parents were soulmates, then they wouldn’t know it. He wondered if there was a way to tell, though. If they could just feel it, somehow, even without the help of some magical fate.
Because it seemed like something you would just know, just from being near someone, from being close enough to them, from being in the same space. Like their souls would attract like magnets or like water droplets traveling down a window, waiting to merge until the last moment when they realized they were on the same path, and then they’d become one.
Was that fate, Sirius wondered?
He realized Remus was staring back at him, his eyes puzzled and curious and warm.
Sirius looked away first and didn’t look back, pushing down something heavy and impossible in his chest.
