He's happy in the city, has tons of hot, kinky sex with hotter-than-the-sun alphas, is completely satisfied. He doesn't need a pack. When one alpha breaks it off, there's another to replace him. This is basically an Accidental Warlord Din Djarin fic in which Din plays the role of reluctant DILF leader with a heart of gold and Luke plays the role of initially distrusted twink who quickly becomes beloved by all (especially said warlord). The Mandalorians are like, "we've only had Luke Skywalker for a day and a half but if anything happened to him I would kill everyone in this room and then myself."

Summary
Nearly three years have passed since Carver has joined the templars in hopes of stepping out of his brother's shadow. Being a templar is not all fun and games, however, and things become even more complicated when a series of ill-advised events make him realize that his admiration for Knight-Captain Cullen may, in fact, be something more. Carver is therefore left with no choice but to figure out what exists between him and his Knight-Captain, while also navigating his rocky relationship with his brother and becoming increasingly aware of the tension between templars and mages. One thing is certain, though: he definitely didn't ask for any of this.
(Takes place during Act 2 of Dragon Age II, with a few minor liberties taken in regards to canon.)
