Sapnap’s gaze snaps up to him, heat prickling the back of his neck. “What?”
“If they don’t want you to, they’ll stop you. Then you’ll know the answer.”
Or,
George, unfortunately for a distressed Sapnap, is stubbornly insistent to know why he's acting weird.
Sapnap isn't about to tell him about his pathetic crush, on him, until he offers some advice Sapnap can't pass up. He knows it could ruin them, but he takes that chance anyway.

What??
Dream was leaning in, and he braced a hand on the side of George’s neck, and didn’t he know it was a joke? George tried to lean away, but the back of his head hit his chair. He couldn’t move, couldn’t breathe, and Dream was looking at him, like holy fuck, like he was gearing up for something catastrophic.
George’s thoughts wheeled dizzily through his mind. We’re in front of 100 thousand people, Dream. What the hell are you doing?
On a lazy Geoguessr stream, George decides to mess with the viewers. What happens when Dream doesn’t seem to realize it’s a joke?

George whipped his head around to stare at him, his eyes clear. “What?”
Dream froze, his own half-asleep haze melting away as surprise etched its way through his veins.

“George, are you with me now? I’m here, it’s Dream. Sapnap's here too, we’re in your room with you right now.” The muddled voice of his best friend sneaks through his ears as his sobs settle down and a warm hand tenderly rubs his back. His eyes hurt as he opens them again, seeing his bedroom floor and wall. He feels sick as he notices the bottom edges of his mirror, thankful that he sees no reflection of himself at this position. Oh. I’m here.
“m’ here” he attempts to shakily announce, sounding more like a mumble than anything else. His pounding head stays tucked into himself as he looks out at his wall.
“You’re here George.” Dream says softly, bringing him out of his disoriented state. “I’m here as long as you need me.”
Or:
George is finally in Florida, but the proximity of being close to someone he doesn't have becomes too much. Emotions, derealization, and feelings ensue.

Dream thinks to himself that he and the snow have a lot in common.

“Maybe,” Reki laughs, leaning over to ruffle Langa’s hair. He’s close, so close that Langa can tell when he realizes how close they are. Reki pulls back and whispers, almost like he’s sharing a secret, “You always think I can do impossible things.”
In Langa’s mind, there are three impossible things; snow in Okinawa, a 900 caught on camera, and Reki liking him back the way he does.
From somewhere, probably the kitchen, Langa hears Masae call them for dinner. He’s moving to get up when Reki kisses him on the cheek. Featherlight and chaste but it happens.

Dream wants it, wants him, his tousled hair and the lines he gets on his cheek when he wakes up from a good nap. But George’s ideas are just that. Ideas. Perfect concepts, sequences that he thinks of before bed, this and that and this and that, hopelessness that he pines for.
Seems unrealistic, Dream wants to tell him. But he says nothing other than, “we could, you know.”
