As an aroaco this was literally sooo good
Meaning that the relationship between the main character and other characters is deep, emotional, and strong. True. The banter was immaculate and you can just UNDERSTAND the bond these people grow with each other.
The romance was one of my favorite parts. It wasn't rushed, it wasn't too dramatic. Best of all, it wasn't sexualized. It felt appropriate. Earthy. Nice. I really liked this read!! Will read again. -

Love the use of imagery, diction and tone here.
Each scene is so vivid for me!! I can feel the colours!! (I can see them in my mind's eye, but they envelop the scene in a way that permeates feeling. As in, it's a sight that bleeds across the entire canvas.) A lot of the fic is red and pink in a fleshy way, but doesn't forget that red and pink are valentines day/lovey dovey colours! There's one scene that's overwhelmingly blue and minty. Like, "I brushed my teeth w mint toothpaste and I just rinsed my mouth w minty mouth wash, now I'm going to drink cold water with ice", kind of pale blue, icy, and minty.
Haven't read a good fic like this in a while. I've read fics that's fulfilled a need to entertain and kill boredom, but this one goes above and beyond!! It brought me to another world!
A fic hasn't done that to me in a while. Lovely read. -
