It was obsession, maybe, but Illuga no longer cared. If being hated was the price of keeping Lohen alive, then he would gladly pay it until hatred became living.

Lohen frowns at the vague answer.

Lohen can almost feel his brain lag a beat at that.
"What?!"
Somehow, Illuga has found himself spending his heat cycles with not an alpha, but another omega— Lohen, Vice Captain of the 5th Company in the Knights of Favonius. Favors for favors, he was told.
What neither of them expected was for the knight to end up pregnant.
Illuga doesn't know.
Lohen also doesn't know.
But there's only so long he can tell himself he's just "out of shape" until he's forced to confront what's actually causing his body's changes.
