Summary
“Will we be alright like this?”
With his palms still planted on each side of the lift, Crowley leaned back on his heels. “Like what?”
Aziraphale gestured above them. “Well, suspended in the shaft.”
“Is there another shaft you’re thinking of, angel?” Crowley drawled. His dick was already stirring, straining against the fabric which covered it.
Or: Crowley stops time to allow for Aziraphale to share a frenzied, steamy reunion with him as they travel in the lift from Heaven to Earth to track down Jesus, and consequently finds himself losing grip on maintaining his usual human-like form.

Summary
Anthony J. Crowley, beloved TV star, and Azira Fell, serious stage actress, must attend the first show in the awards circuit for a film they recently shot together, Angelic Omens. Metatron Studios are keen to use the two and a half-days across which The Whickber Awards will take place to their advantage, by gauging how much interest there would be for Demonic Prophecies, the picture's potential sequel. Their single, compulsory suggestion? Presenting Anthony and Azira as a couple throughout the weekend to measure the public's reaction.
Can our actors remain professional until the conclusion of the weekend? And how long before their double act begins to feel nothing like acting at all?

Summary
Lonely and listless, Crowley has been wandering the Earth with no contact from Aziraphale for centuries. He is assigned an unusual job by his superiors, tasked with visiting the dwelling of a local holy man which lies in the fringes of a remote desert village. This man accepts one guest - an unbeliever, perhaps, or someone down on their luck - per night into his hut for rituals of private worship. Crowley has been ordered to put a stop to these rituals, which encourage even society's most rejected and unconventional individuals to invite the love of God into their lives, by any means necessary... even if that means smiting the holy man where he stands.
Under cover of darkness and the anonymity he is afforded by his glasses, Crowley arrives at the hut posing as a human infidel… and finds that the wise man’s methods are far more intimate than he first suspected. Immersing himself in the ritual might just be enough to forget about the angel he’s missing… until he realises that the man behind it is alarmingly angelic himself.

I know you’re retired, these days. A former demon. Nevertheless, I hope against hope that someday, there will be a sign for me; an antic that could only have been devised by your mind, intended only for my interpretation.
Needless to say, I have yet to find one. But, today, I came awfully close.

That night, Aziraphale offers Crowley a tattoo appointment to take place after his shop's opening hours, which Crowley happily accepts. When they're finally alone together in Aziraphale's studio, both men realise that it won’t be long before the tension between them comes to a head.

I stood beside you. I asked you if you knew of the word 'mine', and if so, what it meant. You shook your head and replied, "I'll tell you something I do know. Something Eve told me today."
Before I could manoeuvre the subject back to its intended course, you began. I hadn't blushed since the day I watched you light up the stars, but, my, did I blush then.
Or: Aziraphale considers the history of the word 'mine', and what it means to him.

Though Aziraphale and Crowley share the responsibility of running Whickber University's student book club, they couldn't be a worse pair of allies if they tried. All they've done, since the very day they first met, is disagree on everything it is possible to disagree on - including each other's appearances, personalities and tastes.

Summary
Crowley’s breaths were eked out of her lungs in laboured grunts. Her slurred words coiled into the humid air from behind her slack, drool-coated jaw, warm and fire-tinged as they would be if she had swirled a helping of scotch round her mouth and let it cascade down her throat before speaking. “When you said you would help me relax, I th-thought you meant you were gonna…” She trailed off, grappling for the right words to say, for any words at all that weren’t fuck or yes or more. “… I dunno, miracle me a huge joint or run me a bubble bath, not- nnnngh!”
Or: Aziraphale offers to help Crowley relax after a hard day, and it isn’t at all in the way she expects.

Summary
Crowley burst out of the bathroom and flew down the spiral staircase. What the fuck was happening to her?
Maybe Aziraphale would know. Maybe it would make total sense to him that she had woken up with the pointed ears, enlarged eyes, tinted cheeks and delicate hands of a Christmas elf.
Or: It's December, a year and a half after the Armageddon that wasn't, and Crowley and Aziraphale share a life of romantic domesticity. Christmas is almost upon them and Crowley notices that Aziraphale is completely lacking his usual sense of Christmas Spirit. In hopes of rectifying this, Crowley buys a potion from Anathema that allegedly guarantees to get the drinker feeling Christmassy.
She and Aziraphale both drink the potion before going to bed, and when Crowley wakes up the next morning, she has undergone an unwelcome transformation. Aziraphale has experienced some changes, too, and suddenly he's desperate to make up for lost time delivering presents and making festive preparations.
Crowley didn't exactly sign up to be Sexy Santa's Little Helper this Christmas Eve, but if it makes Aziraphale happy, then she'll gladly play along.

Summary
You reached for my glass to pour me some wine, and in doing so, brushed my hand for a half-second with your ring finger. Only, it was not the back of my palm that you brushed, but my sloping knuckles; this is when I knew that it was the cut of my jaw you really wanted to touch, that you had chosen to indicate you wanted it with the finger used by many to display the glinting vow of marriage. You poured, and I watched, and the tranquil waters of your eyes stilled their rippling before me, and you were swiftly and silently taking me as your wife. At long last and yet far too soon, only for tonight and yet once and for all, in a century which was at once so impatiently modern and so soothingly traditional.
Or: In the 1750s, Crowley stumbles upon Aziraphale at a country inn, away from the hustle and bustle and the prying eyes of London town. The most romantic of afternoons ensues, and so begins a journey which will change both beings forever.

Summary
Aziraphale turned his gaze towards the love of his life, who was currently sat in the chair next to him, reading yesterday's copy of The Guardian in a grey Commodores t-shirt and a black-and-white stripy pair of boxer briefs. "What's your favourite colour?" Aziraphale enquired, breaking the tranquil silence of their breakfast ritual.
Glancing up from his paper, Crowley arched an eyebrow. "Wazzat?"
Or: Aziraphale has just moved into Crowley's cottage in the South Downs. We follow their little adventures as they grow accustomed to their new life together and endeavour to find out things they have never known about one another.

Summary
When Crowley returns to London after nannying for Warlock, she begins to frequent queer venues using the name Ash, manifesting a deliberately transfeminine form. Feeling more at home in her corporation than she ever has before, she is eager to guard this treasured part of her life from her angelic and demonic counterparts. That is, until one evening, when a friend from the scene “sets her up” with a man known as Angel, whom Crowley immediately identifies as Aziraphale manifesting transmasculine characteristics. For the sake of discretion, they behave as handsome strangers to one another until they are alone at an afterparty later the same night.
Crowley and Aziraphale’s attempts at physical intimacy through the ages have always been stilted, awkward and anticlimactic… but in this moment, Crowley is drawn even more strongly to Aziraphale than usual, and Aziraphale feels the same about Crowley. Both beings are truly at one with their own gender presentation and earnestly, amorously fascinated by the presentation of the other as their evening together builds to a tender, breathless climax.

Summary
Crowley, a lonely, overworked botanical researcher, has only one thing to look forward to in his unchanging daily routine - walking though the community garden he helps to maintain in his local park, where he always passes the same handsome blond man, whom he has never spoken to and feels too shy to approach.
Crowley is also a raging insomniac, and nothing helps him relax enough to fall asleep - that is, until he switches on the radio one evening and discovers the late-night advice programme of Aziraphale Fell, former priest and "soother of troubled souls". Mesmerised with Aziraphale's voice and struck by the gentle wisdom of Aziraphale's advice, Crowley feels his life and routine slowly begin to improve until he is ready to introduce himself to the two strangers he has fallen in love with - the handsome man in the park, and Aziraphale himself. How long can Crowley burn the torch for two men before he has to choose one, even though he knows very little about either of them?
A/N: This story is an alternative take on the In Your Own Time world I created, in which Aziraphale and Crowley did not meet as children, but it can be read as a standalone without reading IYOT.

Summary
"Dunno why, but s'not working this time. M'not resssponding to it." Crowley's eyes flickered with something entirely unreadable. "I need a warm body."
"I see."
"Can't even use my fingers properly with these bloody claws. Still, feels better to have something warm, something moving."
Aziraphale attempted to make sense of Crowley's words, his head pounding viciously. A warm body.
"Would you like me to... hold you again?"
Crowley smiled, open-mouthed and beastly. His fangs glistened in the darkness.
"Need you to fuck me, angel."
Or: Aziraphale buys Crowley a snake plant, hoping to please Crowley with the appealing smell of its flowers. Its effects on Crowley are far more extreme than Aziraphale anticipated, and it’s down to him to face them head-on.
