“Don’t be stupid, Connor, he—uh, he says that every fuckin’ day. ‘I’m killing myself’ is how Roman says hello,” deadpans Kendall. Roman and Shiv snicker; Connor took him seriously? Pathetic. This is why Dad thinks Connor’s weak.
“…Oh,” says Connor. “Okay.” Silence again. “Well…well, guys, speaking as someone who went through this when Dad met your mom, my advice is to just make the best of it.”

Summary
Tim KNOWS Bruce has planned some horrible test for Damian's upcoming 16th birthday and he refuses to stand by and watch Damian suffer like he did. What little evidence Tim can find, proves that most of the family, if not all of them are helping Bruce carry out psychological warfare on a teenager. Again. Now, all Tim has to do is prove it and put a stop to it. Without any help. It's a good thing he is used to working alone, but he is beginning to feel closer and closer to insanity. The feeling is uncomfortably familiar.
It just happens, sometimes, that a difficult case forces Tim to put sleeping and eating a bit lower on his list of priorities. That's fine, Tim is used to not getting what he needs.

Ambitious like his father, the media preached as Timothy saved DI from collapse. A true son of Gotham, they said as Timothy developed his offices in the city and went above and beyond to pay his workers fair wages. Selfless, they called him as Timothy reduced his own salary to ensure DI would survive these changes, sacrificing his time and dreams to keep the company afloat. Tragic, they all but wrote in every article, unable to keep themselves from rehashing his parents’ deaths.
At only 19, Tim is one of the youngest CEOs in the world. He’s certainly the youngest CEO of a fortune 200 company.
And yet, it takes little to make his empire collapse like a house of cards.
