Literary, The Call, is known to refer to the prophetic urgency for a ‘True Hero’ to save the land. As Bruce is already doing so as Batman for Gotham, he hadn’t noticed the extra-dimensional and timeless manner of his dreams as he’s asked tirelessly for his expertise for their heroless lands.
