It might have been laughable that Thomas was getting his first job at the age of eighteen, but what was not laughable was the attitude of his senior co-worker. He's rude, he's crude and maybe he just doesn't care if he gets someone fired along the way, but Thomas needs a job before he starts university and Guy-Man is not going to get in the way of that.
