“Why exactly are you picking fights with a stranger?” Childe asks, watching his friend incredulously as he writes something on a purple sticky note. He continues, “and in the public board, of all places.”
Scaramouche rolls his eyes at him. “I am not picking fights with whoever this is.” He puts the cap back on his pen before tossing it to Childe, who manages to catch it somehow. “Plus, you’re the one who suggested that I write on this board. I am simply doing it.” He gives him a sickeningly sweet smile.
“You make me sick,” Childe groans. “I said you could rant on this board with your hideous handwriting instead of going on a punching spree, I still feel bad for your bathroom walls by the way, not annoy a stranger and pick fights with them.”
Scaramouche shrugs. Childe tries to calm himself.

Layla had brought a cooler full of Capri Suns, handing out a pouch for each of them. They could be riding jet skis right now, but it was way more entertaining to be sitting by the shore, watching the two bicker and unintentionally flirt with each other as their friends casually sip from their Capri Suns.
“I bet 25,000 mora that they would end up together by the end of this trip.” Mona flips her hair over her shoulder, giving Heizou a look as she issues the challenge.
Heizou smirks as he takes his sunglasses off. “50,000 mora that it would be sooner than you think. Give them a day or two.”
“Deal.”
“Deal.”
The two of them shake hands, sealing the said deal. Now all they had to do was wait and see.
Alternatively

“Come with to Morepesok with me,” Childe blurts out before he can even stop his own brain, and it comes out more like a plea than a question, like he intended. It clearly takes Scaramouche by surprise and he shifts his weight to look at Childe, almost knocking over the luggage that’s resting by his feet in the process. He blinks a few times and scans Childe’s face for any indication that he’s just messing with him or saying it just to be polite. When he doesn’t find any, he only looks more confused.
“You want me to meet your family?”
“Yes.”
(Or, how Scaramouche meets the in-laws and Teucer ends up liking him better than he likes his own brother.)
