“Yeah?” Skizz hummed quietly, one of his hands making its way to thread through the curls at the nape of Zed’s neck. The touch was so achingly gentle, so Zed had to balance it out by butting harder. Skizz didn’t seem to mind anyway.
“Hey Bop,” Skizz murmured after standing there without pulling away for a long time. “Do ya think you could give me an age check?”
Oh. Zed hadn’t considered that, but now that Skizz had asked things were starting to make just a little more sense.
“I don’t know,” Zed replied quietly, matching each word with a butt of his head. “‘t’s all foggy and yucky.”
“But we do have a little Zeddle today?”
“Hmmm,” Zed hummed in agreement, burying his face into Skizz’s neck and staying there.

Skizz hadn't always been labeled a hero. It had only been after he'd ran away at sixteen that the Hero Program had taken him. Before that, he’d been the complete opposite of a hero, although it had never been what he wanted.
Shaking that thought off, Skizz grabbed his phone off his apartment counter. The notification flashed bright in his face—too bright—but it was clear.
Villain breach on community compound on N Shock St. Immediate search and rescue team assistance needed. All available units are called to action.

He turned to face the person who was standing in the door way of the structure he had been in for the last hours. The frustration seemed to magically vanish when his eyes met the ocean blue ones in the other side of the room.
Ren walked closer to him with a concerned look on his face. "What are you doing, my dude? It's 3 in the morning you should be resting." He said softly.
Ren took Doc's tight fists in his hands and the engineer immediatly relaxed his fingers. Ren slowly ran his fingers over Doc's."What about you? You never stay up that late."
Or/ Doc hasn't slept in a while and Ren convinced him to spend the night at his place to rest.

Impulse isn't sure if he can handle working as a barista but at least he gets to work with his bestie Tango. The only problem is that he is a massive shipper thanks to his sister Gem ruining him on BL/yaoi manga.
He notices how excited Tango gets to see one of the regulars each day. The regular, Jimmy was an office intern and was often sent on coffee runs. Impulse could work with that, whether Tango wanted him to or not.
Meanwhile Skizz’s love life is cursed. Every relationship he has ever had ended with him as the short end of a love triangle. He totally wasn’t bitter about it either. He was just going to focus on his career and not dating.
Only the new barista at his favorite cafe is just so cute and fun to talk to. He definitely didn’t start going there twice a day just to see him. Who told you that? Impulse just made the coffee really good.
Then he hears Jimmy, talking about the cutest barista at the cafe and how he thinks the barista might have a thing for him too. Skizz realizes he’s in another love triangle because objectively Impulse is the cutest. Jimmy couldn’t be talking about anyone else.
