Miguel never had a scar there, and no scar that big and deep could have completely healed in less than 2 months.
You sit on Gabi’s bed and lean over, placing your hands on your knees. You try to steady your breathing and lower the risk of hyperventilation. The idea of you passing out head first and this other Miguel running upstairs to find you unconscious pops into your head and you laugh at the absurdity of the situation.
Because that’s who that man is - the other Miguel. He can’t be your Miguel.
