Summary
Ryujin had asked if Sayeon had ever been on the field before and upon hearing her reply, had graciously taken the duty of educating her upon herself. In other words, she had socked Sayeon in the face to teach her how to take a punch.
The only thing that Sayeon recalls learning that day is that her glasses fracture when met with a fist and a split lip hurts like hell.

Summary
She digs her nails into the meat of her cheek, manhandles her into a better angle. She doesn’t pause in the face of Sayeon’s inexperience, doesn’t wait for her to catch up as she pushes her towards the brick of an abandoned building.
Can I use this? Sayeon wonders as her back slams against the wall.
Almost immediately, Ryujin pulls back like the thought’s electrocuted her. Like she’s been blessed with a second gift to read minds. Abhorrence doesn’t do her expression justice but routine has dulled the blade of it.
“You’re fucking sick,” she spits and Sayeon has no clue which one of them she’s addressing.

“I care a lot, you know?” she continues as she presses closer to Ryujin. The contact, once welcome and warm, makes Ryujin feel sick. “I’ve always wanted you to trust me. But after all this time, after everything, it still feels like—”
“You don’t give a fuck about me and you know it,” Ryujin spits out angrily, before she can stop herself. She pulls away to burn her eyes into Sayeon’s now hardened gaze. No surprise here, like she’d been expecting this. Ryujin’s nails dig into her palms. There goes her plans of a quiet night, thrown out the minute Sayeon tried to bend their limits.

Summary
And Ryujin is her fucking Frankenstein at this point, with how many times Sayeon’s brought her reanimated corpse back to life.
Again and again. She scrapes bottom and then digs another two feet deeper and Sayeon’s sure she’ll pay the price for it later down the line but right now the thought of being alone swallows up her typical sturdy reasoning. (She’s cheating life and she knows you don’t get to make that bargain without losing something in the process.)
But it doesn’t matter. Again and again and again, she snaps her fingers and Ryujin opens her eyes. Blue washes over the world as Ryujin’s cells stitch themselves back together across time. Sayeon brings her back to life just to have her spit in her face and trample over her ideals and then wonders why she does it at all.
The alternative scares her more than the reality though she isn’t quite sure why. But she can’t lose Ryujin—she just can’t.
She’ll rewind time as many times as it takes.

Dazai grins. “You know, I almost completed a minor in psychology myself. If you ever want someone to study with, I could totally help you out.” Dazai doesn’t say that the reason she dropped her psychology minor is the same reason she gave up on a sociology degree. Humanity is wildly interesting for so many reasons, but to study it in a classroom setting made Dazai sick to her stomach and a little too aware of her own shortcomings in terms of normal functionality.
Fyodor probably knows that already. Which means if he accepts her offer, he’s read past what she said and into what she really means. And that means—
“Should I be interested in taking you up on your generous offer, how would I go about contacting you?”
—Fyodor wants to spend time with Dazai just as much as she wants to spend time with him.

Cerces sighed, and his entire body relaxed as she exhaled, a reminder that his body was no longer fully his. Relax, child of humanity. Multiple truths can coexist.
You think I haven’t entertained her train of thought before? Knowledge can only be suppressed for so long, and when we lose the trust of the people, we will lose everything.
But the people have willingly placed their lives in the hands of the Chrysos Heirs, have they not? Do you think they’re so ignorant as to not know what that means for them? Cerces chuckled. You know, I do enjoy a healthy debate, but you are especially hard headed.
Dry laughter forced its way out of Anaxagoras’s throat. “We’re arguing in circles,” he said to both the god residing in his head and the woman standing before him. “It seems we will never see eye to eye.”

In the brief era (████—████) following the Romance Titan's passing, it became a tradition among the women of Okhema to pen verses that assume the voice of the dying Mnestia, whispering to her beloved, inspiring a poetic form described as the halfway point between aubade and elegy, widely considered the keystone of the period known as the post-Mnestic poetic movement.
While such a poetic device might have been understood as blasphemous or vain in the Golden Era, scholars generally agree that the fall of the Titans brought with it an artistic broadening heralded by a departure from the ode—understood widely as a hallmark of traditional Amphorean culture—a literary movement dyed with the grief and urgency of love in a dying world.
Although most entries in the tradition have been lost to time and ███ █████ ████, it has been argued by some that the most beautiful of these poems were those these women wrote for and exchanged with one another.

When Anaxagoras of the Nousporists performs an unfathomable miracle, the Titan of Reason is meant to die alongside him. But fate, it seems, has other plans.
Anaxagoras's joints creak like rusty hinges when he manages to sit up, and his stomach churns with a sickly, hollow ache. He wipes cold sweat from his brow when he can move his arms better. Feeling hasn't yet come to his fingers. Nothing about his body feels right.
It is not a voice, not at first. It is a weight, vast and ancient, pressing against the edges of Anaxagoras's consciousness. Everywhere and nowhere, inside him and around him, a force that defies comprehension.
"Ah, you're here," it says, smooth and melodic.
