Summary
tanghulu: a popular street food snack consisting of fresh fruit coated in hardened sugar syrup. The treat became more widely known after its use in ASMR. Of course, when it comes to Hannibal, ingredients are less a what and more a who.
-
Will starts listening to ASMR, particularly food ASMR. Hannibal hates the sounds of open mouthed chewing and schemes to get Will to stop.

“Are you alright? What’s all this about then?”
“Ah. Well. I might have slipped.”
“Slipped?”
“Took a bit of a tumble, I’m afraid,” Aziraphale said. “But, well. What’s done is done.”
“What’s done - ?”
“Now that I’m no longer beholden to a rather arbitrary moral code, I have to ask: Do you pay taxes? Actually, more importantly, do you think I can stop paying taxes now? That seems like a sufficiently demonic thing to do. Refusing to do my civic duty and whatnot. Quite devious, I’d argue.”
This was, in hindsight, not the most sensitive way of breaking the news.

Summary
God's a bit tetchy, and She always has been. She never thought She'd have to punish Her own angels, not after the Fall. What to do with a Heaven whose system doesn't work anymore? When She decides some restructuring is in order, Aziraphale's life gets decidedly more complicated.
Aziraphale just wishes someone had given him a warning instead of throwing him straight off the deep end.
Crowley, for his part, really just wants Heaven and Hell to leave them both alone, but with angels and demons knocking at their door, the stakes have never been higher.
OR--that time God said 'fuck it all' and decided to restructure Heaven.

Summary
It's the end of summer in the year 1990. In the next universe over, Crowley and Aziraphale are pretty busy with the Apocalypse not happening. In this one, they have to deal with a much more personal threat: a team of four angels have found them out, and they know the perfect punishment to fit their crime.
