Summary
It’s been two years since Bucky was medically discharged from the Army. It’s been two years and three months since he was taken captive as a POW.
Will Bucky’s PTSD let him live a normal life? If recovery isn’t linear, what about when it feels like a hurricane, when it chews him up and spits him out without a second glance? Bucky feels like he’s getting the hang of this college thing, but what about the man he keeps running into? Why does he feel a connection to him, when he shouldn’t be thinking about dating, not yet, not this soon?

Summary
