Summary
Inosuke snorts, crossing his arms with an air of accomplishment. “I think I finally figured it out.”
Zenitsu frowns at him, straightening out the blankets from where Inosuke had disturbed them. “Figured what out? Is this about the whole ‘poison’ thing? Because I heard you mumbling to yourself earlier while the lovely ladies wheeled me around outside.”
“No! Well, yeah, kind of. But not really!”
Zenitsu sighs, shakily pushing himself into a sitting position while being careful not to disrupt his injuries. “So, what is it then?”
Inosuke grins, proudly placing both hands on his hips. “I’m allergic.”
“To what?”
“To Tanjirou.”
Concluding that his massive crush on Tanjirou is a bad case of allergies, Inosuke goes to Zenitsu for advice in battling his raging feelings. Unfortunately for Inosuke, his recommendation is... unconventional.

Sam shifted forward. “She’s your soulmate.”
“Yeah?” Dean snapped. “Does it really feel like it? We might share the same freakin’ soulmark, Sam, but if I’m honest, sometimes I think there was a mistake somewhere. That I was really supposed to be with someone else, not Lisa.” He growled lightly and got up from the couch, slamming his mug on the coffee table. “I don’t love her anymore. I haven’t for a while, I think.”
Sam didn’t say anything. Dean looked at him, eyes dragging over the slope of his shoulders, clad in one of his stupidly thin sleep shirts. His hair was a mess, falling easily into his eyes, and his bottom lip (kiss take it between your teeth tug) was a little puffy from his teeth worrying it so much – a habit he’d picked up after they took off from Dad. Dean wished, for a jarring split-second, that he’d taken Sam to Bobby’s and then left the kid to find a better life, one where his older brother wasn’t around. It was gone as soon as it came, leaving Dean nauseas and tense.
“I’m going out,” Dean said hoarsely.

No different than putting on the FBI suits. Of course, nothing ever goes according to plan, and Sam and Dean quickly get more than they bargained for.

Summary
Sam's always been a little different from Dean and John. He's not as masculine, for one thing. Dean finds out that Sam likes dressing like a girl sometimes, not even sexually, it's just a part of his identity. Dean makes it a goal to be there for Sam as he grows up, supporting him, and doing his best to hide his true feelings. Only Sam's all fucked up when he comes back from Stanford, closed off and hiding behind a facade. Dean works hard to help Sam feel safe again, feel comfortable, and things seem to be looking up, only for it to be all fucked over when Sam kisses him while delirious with the flu. They escape to Bobby's to figure shit out. Slow burn, set in season one.

Reese huffs but doesn't let up on his grip. Malcolm glances at him and his brother looks miserable with his eyes heavily lidded but that could be from the alcohol. It makes him feel shitty that he's unintentionally contributing to that.
"Come on Malcolm. Let me have this," Reese whispers into the air between them and he sounds so utterly hopeless, like Malcolm was the only thread keeping him from completely falling apart.

Malcolm and Reese sneak out to a party and when Reese gets drunk, Malcolm has to pick up the pieces.

“You get to have this, Dean.” The brush of Sam’s mouth against his own is the sweetest ache. Lips catch and drag and Sam whispers into his mouth, “You get to have this. If you want this, I’m giving it to you. Let me give this to you.”
Dean wants to say yes. He wants to say please and I love you and thank you. For the trust, the devotion, the care. It’s not something that has ever needed to be verbalised but god, in this moment Dean wants nothing more than to tell this boy just how much he loves him.
“Yeah. Yeah, Sam — I want this.” The words taste like the sweetest freedom and a thousand more years of damnation but Sam’s tongue soothes the burn of them. Long fingers cradle the back of his head tenderly, so tenderly, like he’s something precious to be taken care of, and Dean’s chest feels fit to bursting with how much he loves this kid. -

Stupid. He is so goddamn fucking stupid. Running his mouth like a fucking idiot, not knowing when to leave well enough alone.
Bad enough that he just practically talked dirty to his little brother, which, Christ – he must be more stressed than he thought if his self-control mechanisms have started malfunctioning that badly.
But no, no, he came up with a scenario straight out of a bad slasher film, as if that is something normal people talk dirty about, as if that is something Sam would seriously enjoy. As if –
As if Dean hadn’t hunted his own brother through the maze of the bunker, eyes black and hammer raised to strike, not even a full year ago. As if Sam hadn’t, just a few weeks back, knelt at his feet, neck bared, waiting for Dean to deal a fatal blow with a fucking scythe.

Easy peasy.
Unfortunately, resisting the pull of human blood is hard when your brother is sleeping in the next bed over. And Sam’s new overpowered senses let him pick up on some peculiarities he wouldn’t have otherwise, like where Dean sneaks off to in the middle of the night to make some extra cash, or that Dean’s feelings for his brother are more than brotherly.
