Jude could feel his whole body coiling, his muscles tightening and contracting as they readied themselves for a fight. In the back of his mind he knew this wasn’t the way to go, knew he should just get Erling out of there and go home but the voice of reason had been quieted by his most basic impulses.
Jude is usually a calm, unpossessive man but when a sleazy alpha gets his hands all over Erling, he can't stop himself from defending his omega. What he can't explain is why that same possessiveness is still present the next day when Erling is safe and sound.
