Summary
The jingle of the bells rang for the third time in his ears, a tune familiar by now. Nikolai was just waving off another customer with his usual enthusiasm as he spotted Fyodor.
“Oh my, mister! You’re practically a regular by now!”
"Mm."
"Ne, would you tell me your name? So I can address ya properly, ya know."
“Could you make me another bouquet?” Fyodor responded. “Smaller, this time.”
Nikolai stood for a moment more before gathering the flowers Fyodor took the initiative to ask for with his usual cheery response, ignoring the fact that he was slightly butthurt at not getting an answer to his question.
Fyodor was surprised to hear himself making small talk. “You started this flower shop, correct?”
— — —
Fyodor comes across a peculiar flower shop in a small countryside town, and finds himself drawn back to it again and again. First for its flowers, and then for its owner.
After all, there was often something interesting to be found in that which is peculiar.

But for an “average” boy such as Nikolai, will things really go as planned?

Summary
Fyodor looked at the document about the prisoner on his clipboard. He'd already memorized the information on it, but he'd ask the man in front of him for it anyways, to test his compliance.
Fyodor looked the man in the eye as he asked, "What's your name?"
"My name? Why, Nikolai Gogol!"
"Are you male or female?"
"Wha- I'm a man! Male! I don't look like a girl!" He exclaimed with a hand to his chest, looking all over himself frantically. Fyodor heard him vaguely mutter "Wait, do I?" Under his breath.

Or: Fyodor is a doctor working for a cure to the infection plaguing his Earth, when he meets a particularly interesting recently-infected subject to work with for the next month and a half – an eccentric man who hid far more than his surface revealed.

Summary
“I’m drinking my cocoa right now, am I not? By now, it’s lukewarm at best.”
“You don’t like it.”
“It wasn’t that bad when we had just bought it,” Rimbaud insisted.
As if to call him out on his obvious lie, a yellow leaf fluttered down from the tree overhead and gently swayed, landing on a smiling Rimbaud’s head, before slipping down to land directly in the center of his hot cocoa — he let slip a small grunt of surprise. Verlaine shook his head in light amusement, taking Rimbaud’s cup from his hand and standing up to throw both their drinks out in a nearby trash can. “What a waste of money,” He muttered under his breath, sitting back down just as Rimbaud called out, "Paul." And pointed towards the sun.
~~~
Rimbaud takes Verlaine to watch the sunset with him, an activity both have done multiple times together in the past, this just another brief moment in the vast, busy city of Paris. -
Summary
Sigma, the manager of a prestigious café, was not an expert in romance. Nor was he one to meddle in the personal lives of his employees.
However, he had recently come across three very important realizations:
1. Two of his employees were pining. One with disastrous flirting techniques and one seemed to be dense beyond belief.
2. If he didn’t do anything about it, the awkward atmosphere would continue to mildly drain his sanity (or even his customers’.)
3. He’d have to take matters into his own hands if he wanted this to end anytime soon.
So let the hellish matchmaking begin.
(I mean, how hard could it be?)
Summary
From a distance, the two boys rushing out of their high school prom dance might have seemed happy.
From a distance, the white haired boy's laughter might have seemed genuine.
From a distance, their twists and twirls as they danced in the rain might have seemed enjoyable, an act which others would only gaze upon with fondness and mild jealousy, wishing that they could experience such a thing for themselves.
From a distance, the sight of blood coating the white haired boy's suit would be invisible, washed out by the rain.
A cry from the heavens.
Summary
What he saw in the room drained his body of his soul. He gasped loudly, the breath having been stolen from his lungs, and he staggered backwards a few steps, his coat flurrying after him. Fyodor, concerned, quickly paced towards him to see what was inside. Upon seeing the sight, his shoulders sagged, though he still had the temper to throw Nikolai an exasperated look over his shoulder at the unnecessary drama from the clown.
There was only one bed.
~~~
Nikolai Gogol and Fyodor Dostoyevsky come to a major, plot halting problem: the hotel room they were sharing had only one bed. How will they ever overcome this?

Summary
Nikolai Gogol knew too much.
He knew that his dear friend was a demon unrivaled by others.
He knew that his dear friend would be his key to freedom.
He knew that his dear friend was a saviour, however unconventional.
And he knew that he would be more than willing to follow that saviour no matter what it cost him, an angel slowly decaying in the face of their God.
[A small series of moments from the perspective of Nikolai Gogol.]

Summary
In a certain area of a certain forest, a screaming elf swerved dangerously through trees on a large green dragon, who had a mind of its own. "BAKKIIII, STOP, DAMMITTTT!” She tried to scream sense to the dragon she couldn’t gain control over.
In another certain area of a certain forest, a young maiden was rushing through the trees, clutching her long ball gown in her hands. She was no ordinary maiden, though. She was the runaway princess of a kingdom beside this forest, escaping away from an arranged marriage she was supposed to go through a couple of days from today.
Perhaps it was fate that caused them to meet, or perhaps it was pure coincidence.
Only the steady strings of time could tell.

Summary
Today was a day Chuuya always took off. He rarely ever had days off, but today was an important day for him.
Seven years ago, on this day, was the day that his childhood - rival? Friend? He wasn't sure - disappeared mysteriously and was never found.
But the face of the castle's intruder looked very familiar. Older, more mature, a man rather than a boy last Chuuya had seen him. It looked like-
"...Dazai?"
But Dazai hadn't returned with good intentions.

Summary
He climbed up his bed, and shuffled over to the window. He pressed his face up to the glass and cupped his face to louden his voice, before an excited "Dostoy!" Was shouted.
Said 'Dostoy' arrived at the other side of the window shortly after. He blinked at Gogol for a few seconds, before a small smile crawled up his face.
A cheerful; "Do you like my new hat, Dostoy? Now we're matching!" Came from Gogol.
Or: A royalty au, with Jester Gogol and his dear, very much real(?) friend, Dostoy.

Summary
He stepped into a steamy room, with Akutagawa walking back and forth, reading potion ingredients on shelves and using measuring tools to calculate how much of whatever that slimy green stuff he needed in whatever hellbent potion he was brewing now. Akutagawa's gaze snapped towards him the moment he entered. "Jinko, what took you so long?"
"Maybe if you hadn't filled the list with so many confusing ingredients, I would've saved time not having to figure out what each and every one of them meant," Atsushi retorted, setting down the bag filled with said ingredients and the flower on a table.
"You blame me for your lack of knowledge on such basic trials? Pathetic." The older man walked over and looked through the bag.
Or: A shin soukoku fic, set in a small wizarding town guarding a leaked secret.

Summary
"Oi oi oi, what sort of ass doesn't take his shoes off when entering somebody's carefully cleaned tent?!"
"The sort of very handsome ass that goes by Dazai Osamu."
"Handsome? You look like you haven't eaten in days."
"It's a look I pull off quite well, no?"
"You look like you're gonna collapse at the slightest punch. Actually, forget that, ya seem like the sort of person who'd be too weak to take a punch at any given situation."
Or: Dazai hears rumours about a mysterious psychic whose predictions are never wrong, and his curiosity is peaked. Said psychic dives into Dazai's future, and ends up nearly dying of cardiac arrest.
