Summary
“Johnny. Look at me.” Ghost urged, his tone just a bit softer than before. Soap would get like this sometimes, out of his head in a way, but it hadn’t been this bad in a long while. Ghost hated it, hated the way he was almost helpless against the throes of his sergeant’s mind.
However, there was one thing he could do, although it would require a gentle touch.
“Alright.” Ghost mumbled, mostly to himself at this point. He might not be able to get through to Soap the normal way, but he knew that he would still follow orders. “I need you to go to your room and clean up.” His tone was not unkind, but it held an air of authority that he knew Soap would need right now. He needed the rigid structure. “After that, I want you to meet me in my office. 22:00.”
