Summary
‘And those faint stars over there, those are Vulpecula,’ Jimin tells him, ‘the little fox.’
‘And what is its myth?’ Jeongguk asks.
‘It doesn’t have any. It was just given that name by some European astronomer or other, along with the goose just in front, there.’
‘Weird,’ Jeongguk notes. ‘Considering there’s so many myths about foxes.’
‘Yeah,’ Jimin whispers. ‘I suppose so.’Or: some things about Jimin are eerily familiar.

No matter which witching book you open, no matter whether it was written hundreds of years ago or last year, all of them will have an entire chapter on the “Familiar ritual”. And in the books where this ritual was first published, the dedication will read:
'For Min Yoongi, the best friend I could ever wish for and the origin of all things I call familiar'~
Namjoon meets someone who is neither witch nor human and who might be the solution to a problem as old as time itself. How to keep magic from killing the very witches who wield it...

Summary
You should never tell a Fae your name, nor eat their food. And you should never ever take off your iron.
And if at last the iron’s gone
What have you done, what have you done?
Three for three, your greatest sin
Oh witchling, how you should have run~
Taehyung returns to the place he grew up in, where the forest looms close and a fae with orange hair who somehow knows his name claims to be his childhood best friend.

Summary
‘Are there penguins on Antarctica?’ he asks, because telling Hoseok would mean speaking it all out loud and he’d probably die before getting even half the words out.
‘Yes. There are lots of penguins on Antarctica. Considering buying a house there? I’ve heard the summers are nice.’
‘He’s going to report me for sure. I’ve crossed the line like 30.000 times over. And he’s going to hate me forever and I’ll never be able to tell him that I thinks he has the cutest cheeks and that’s he’s the prettiest person to have ever walked the earth.’
‘I’m pretty sure he knows, Yoongs. The number of times you’ve walked into doorframes when he walked past is truly astonishing. If I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes I would have never believed it.'Or: Yoongi is a mess whenever Jimin is involved, but that's fine, Jimin thinks it's cute.

Summary
Under clear blue skies, a simple agreement is made. To kill a king, to change an empire.
On the horizon, dark clouds loom. Whispered words, tasteless poisons, flashes of a blood-stained dagger. The smile of a prince that hides vicious lightning, the livery of a valet that hides the most cunning mind.
The storm breaks loose, thunder rumbles. The smoke of a gun, the trumpets of war, and hidden behind the sound of the cannons the clack of chess pieces encircling the king.
And at the eye of it all, where the skies remain blue, maybe a hand reaches out, fingers intertwine. A whisper of tenderness, a caress of fondness, enemies at birth, lovers at heart.
But, be careful, for the clock keeps ticking, the cogs keep turning and storms remain forever out of the grasp of any machine.Or: where Taehyung is the third prince of the kingdom, dead set on taking the crown. And Jimin is the valet with a mysterious past, who would prefer for the entire royal family to be dead, but will settle for the king’s head.

Summary
Some things are indisputably true, like grass being green and the earth being round – no matter what Seokjin says – and Hoseok being in love with Jeongguk. 1 + 1 = 2, Jeongguk = love, that sort of thing. Some things are indisputably untrue, like pineapple belonging on pizza and Jimin getting any grade below a 98 and Jeongguk being in love with Hoseok. 1 + 1 = 3, Hoseok = love, that sort of thing. These untruths are untrue no matter what his friends loudly and wrongly claim.
Except some of the maths might be wrong...

Summary
There is little to distinguish this day from others. Yoongi’s hair might be a little more ruffled from the whipping wind, his coat just a little more damp from the misty rain, but he is still standing in the office surrounded by the sounds of clacking keyboards and clicking heels, and there is nothing different from yesterday or tomorrow or even last year, except for the endless turning of the seasons.
Until he meets Jeongguk, a man so full of life and energy, who teaches him how to love as a friend, a person, a lover, a soulmate.
The seasons change and with it, so does Yoongi.

Summary
He wants to promise to make it better, promise to take him away to a place where the sun shines bright in a sky blue and not grey.
Taehyung looks up, into black eyes that can be both kind and cruel, and wonders if Jimin thinks the same of his. They’re the only part of Jimin that has not faded to grey.
‘I love you, you know that, right?’
A tear escapes, tracking down his cheek. Jimin is there, to wipe it away. The pad of his thumb feels rough against his skin, the barest hint of chewed up nail scraping against the side of his nose. Jimin’s eyes are dark, so dark that Taehyung could drown in them. He has, multiple times. Eyes like burning embers, sparks barely contained. The eyes of a revolutionary.
‘I know,’ he whispers, throat hoarse, temporarily so. Jimin’s voice will always have that rasp. ‘I love you too, with all my heart.’
Jimin smiles, but Taehyung can read those eyes and knows that he doesn’t believe it. That nothing Taehyung will ever do will make him believe it. -

Summary
‘You’re human? But… your voice? Are you sure you’re not a siren?’
‘I… no?’
‘You sound like one, though.’
‘Thank you?’
‘You look like one, too.’
‘How… how so?’
‘Your hair? It’s blue. Humans can’t have blue hair, my eomma told me. Humans can only have brown or black or yellow hair.’
‘Red too,’ Taehyung says before he realizes he says it. That wasn’t even the most problematic part of the sentence!
‘Really? Well, I guess she was wrong anyway, ‘cause your hair’s blue.’ They squint up again. ‘Are you sure sure you’re not a siren? Not even half or quarter? Not even a tiny, tiny bit?’~
Or: Taehyung meets siren Jimin and makes some questionable choices

Summary
It has been years since then. Years since the old king had been brutally murdered and the new king took his place. Years since a disgraced prince with a scar, once banned to the military on the edges of the kingdom, attacked the royal palace and personally pushed a silver blade through the old king’s chest. Since then, the advisors have bowed and kept their mouths shut except to utter praises when within hearing distance and scathing remarks when outside of it.
There have been plots since, of course, to try and remove this new king from the throne. But all have failed. Spectacularly so. The heads of the last who tried are still hanging from the palace balcony in bloody white cloths. Beheaded by the king himself.
Yoongi doesn't mind the plots, is used to them by now. It's all worth it as long as he can protect Taehyung.
~
or: Yoongi as a mad king and Taehyung as his usual angelic self (or not?)

Summary
When Taehyung finally opens the door to their apartment, he feels the weight of the whole wide world slip right off his shoulders and crash into the ground – or that might just have been his bag. The air smells of food and home and he can finally take off the horrible dress shoes that pinch his toes.
‘Jimin-ah,’ he whines, leaving a trail of clothes behind as he makes his way to the kitchen where he knows his tiny boyfriend will be standing behind the stove wearing the only apron in the whole house – a white frilly monstrosity that Taehyung loves and his boyfriend absolutely despises. He hears a soft acknowledging hum and he feels like both crying and pouting and he has not yet decided with which one he should start.~
Or Taehyung comes home to Jimin, who makes him feel a thousand times better.

Jimin is stuck on Malta for the summer and lamenting his fate when he meets a boy with kind brown eyes who smells of sweat and sunscreen and salt seawater.
