Kramer, a man in Adam’s friend’s apartment building, died expectedly and without mystery. He left little behind save for a typewritten film criticism of The Gordon Record. In lieu of any family or friends to accept the work, Adam saved the manuscript and resolved to get it published on Kramer’s behalf.
While editing it and verifying the sources, however, Adam quickly realized there was no record of the film’s existence; no digital copy, no release date, no showings, and not a single article or interview related to it or any of the people involved in its creation. Here sit hundreds of pages of analysis and works cited for a film that isn’t real, compiled by someone who can’t tell the difference.

Summary
Thundercracker pounds on Acid Storm’s door. Even when he strains to hear, there’s no response. “Acid Storm! Are you in there?”
Something clatters faintly inside, followed by a softer sound that might be a curse. Thundercracker thumps harder with the side of his fist and the door rattles in its frame, old bearings and older metal. Their ship was made relatively recently in the war’s history, which is to say it’s a rickety rustbucket held together with glue and hope, and should’ve been put out of its misery long ago.
“Hurry up, already,” Thundercracker says, loud enough to carry, “Slipstream’s gonna make us scrub the engine filters if we’re late for patrol.”
There’s another clatter. This time, the curse is louder. Acid Storm’s voice comes muffled through the door. “I’m putting my face on!”
“Frag it, not again!”

Or, for the matter, how Serizawa will take this. Will they fire her? Will this paradise from ordinary life be taken from her? God, this was a mistake. Tears threaten to fall again, but she forces them down and finally opens her eyes.
The look on Reigen’s face isn’t something she’s used to. It’s… sorrowful, but happy, something bittersweet in his encouraging smile, something melancholy in his eyes. She opens her mouth to speak, stops, but Reigen nods as if to say, ‘it’s okay.’"
