Lucifer and Alastor now have to convince Hell and Heaven that the new ruling couple are happily enjoying their honeymoon on a trip through the Seven Rings, Alastor has to learn a whole new game of thrones and political power, and Lucifer has to learn how to leave the past behind to get a better future.
Hey, at least Lucifer gets to ride in a fancy circus train through the Rings! Choo choo!

“Why’re you askin’ me?” Husk asked gruffly, briefly trying to feign ignorance. A single raised brow from Alastor was all it took to squash that recalcitrance out of him, his shoulders and wings dropping. “Yeah, yeah – fine. But why’re you askin’ me now? It ain’t like Angel’s gonna steal his own shit and pretend like it weren’t him. Besides, he ain’t anywhere close to bein’ in heat. It’s not him, boss.”

Items have been going missing around the hotel. Nothing of any value or consequence - just people's personal effects. Regardless of their importance, Alastor cannot simply stand by and let somebody rob folks in his territory, right under his nose.
He sets out to catch the thief - and picks up a less than useful helper along the way in the form of one miniature monarch - but comes up empty handed. Empty handed, that is, until later that evening.
With his past racing to catch up to him things and quickly spiraling out of his control, he might find that less than useful helper has a use after all.

“What’s a collar gonna do?”
“I was going to get you a pretty leather one, princess, but if you’re gonna be difficult then maybe you need one of the ones with the metal prongs. Regardless,” Wade shoves a hand between them to push their waistbands out of the way. “You attach a leash to a collar.”
“Taking yanking my chain to a whole new level,” Logan sighs, eyes fluttering as Wade touches him.
“Ugh, folks, he’s gorgeous and funny! What do they even need me for? If you’re gonna try to steal my spotlight, buster, then maybe I should put a muzzle on you, huh?”
Logan’s hips jump so hard Wade has to check to make sure he hasn’t come. His mouth is open and soft, eyebrows pitched up in an adorable little pinch, his back arched and his chest on full display as he ruts down into Wade’s grip, and Christ, as much as Wade likes getting pinned down and dicked down, he has got to make Logan bottom for him more often.

“Morning, peanut,” Wade said. “Could you maybe pull your claws out of my side? I kinda have to pee, and you are very close to stabbing my bladder. If we get any more blood or piss on the mattress, we are not going be able to save it.”
“Fuck,” Logan swore.
Or: A second chance at life was never in the cards for Logan. Now that he has it, living it is easier said than done.
