Summary
If anyone here should be a narrator it should have been Luke. Luke wasn’t a kid. He wasn’t new to this demi-god thing. He was-
“The snake haired ladies were starting to annoy Percy. They should have three days ago when he dropped a crate of bowling balls on them at Napa Bargain Mart. They should have died two days ago when he ran them over with a police car in Martinez. They definitely should have died this morning when he cut off their heads in Tidden Park. No matter how many times Percy killed them and watched them crumble to powder, they just kept reforming like large evil dust bunnies.
The description of crumble to powder was familiar. “They’re like Mrs.Dodds,” Percy said out loud. He felt cold because unlike Mrs.Dodds they didn’t stay dead. How was his future self managing to keep killing them? Percy managed to kill Mrs.Dodds out of sheer luck and with Mr.Brunner having given him a pen that wasn’t just a pen.
“They’re monsters like Mrs.Dodds.” Grover began to explain and Percy should be thankful for Grover giving him answers but Percy couldn’t help but feel a bit angry.
“So you admit there was a Mrs.Dodds.”
Grover looked as though Percy had kicked him in the ribs.

Summary
Annabeth thought back to Luke again, he had asked her to run away with him, asked if he loved her as he died, surely that shows he did feel romantically about her? Maybe she was wrong, maybe she misunderstood. Luke was still good, in the end, he stopped Kronos, he did some bad things but he wasn’t a bad person.
"Wasn’t he?" Another side of her argued "Isn’t that exactly what he did to Silena. He also tried to kill Percy when he was twelve and tried destroying Thalia’s tree: tried wiping out his best friend. If he could do all that, is it really that far-fetched?"

Annabeth's complicated relationship with Luke only grows more convoluted as the Titan War falls into the past. When the Giant War begins, Percy and Annabeth face the newest threats together, but history is not so easily forgotten. It seems that the Titan War will always have her in its clutches, and the scars run deeper than skin.

The Fates bring Thalia and Nico to Camp Half-Blood, to the night when Percy stumbled upon the place for the first time with a fainted satyr and a heavy heart after losing his mother.
Then five books appear in the Big House and Annabeth, Chiron, Grover, Thalia and Nico have to read them while Percy remains obliviously unconscious.
