He wants Cas to be happy and get what he wants. So, if he wants Dean, then he has him. Dean’s new responsibility is to be the best boyfriend Cas will ever want or need. If that means moving out of the bunker, and not driving the Impala, and letting Cas fuck him, then that’s what he has to do.
It’s an easy deal. It should be an easy life. So how come Dean still can’t quite make sense of it?

“The problem with the bunker is that it’s a bunker,” he says to Dean on their way back from Idaho. “It’s underground, it’s heavily fortified, there’s an alarming number of esoteric weapons. Frankly it’s just…overkill.”
“Alright, so what do you want?” Dean asks, impatient. “You want to go back to motel-hopping?”
Sam shakes his head in dismissal. “No,” he says. “I don’t know, man. I miss Bobby’s.”

Her eyes narrow, and he sees her flick her wrist. The blade of a small pocketknife catches the light. “If I stabbed you right now, you’d die, wouldn’t you?”
He nods. He doesn’t try to shout for help, or move. He just sits. And waits.
He deserves this. Of all his many crimes, it feels right that he should die for this one, for what he’d done to one little girl and her family. It almost makes him smile. A very angry teenaged girl can do what the united forces of a fallen heaven hasn’t managed.
