With gravity working hard against him, Leo slowly manages to work his way towards them, outreaching an arm towards his brother who was falling further and further away from him with each hit, punch and kick he delivers.
He’s growling. He’s so, so angry and for the first time in Leo’s entire life so far, he doesn’t think that the fear now nestled somewhere in his chest has ever been there because of his big brother before.
The Krang has its greedy, wet little snake like limbs curled around one of Raph’s arms; red welts bubbling around his scales where it’s tight around his resisting muscles, but for all that Raph tries to wrench himself free, it’s no match for the death grip it locks him into.
Leo watches it yank, and yank hard.There’s a popping of bone ringing out through the emptiness, loud enough somehow to make Leo’s stomach curl and his teeth clatter together.
Raph wails, head thrown back and teeth exposed like he were a rabid dog at the end of its rein, bitten once more by another, bigger and angrier beast.
But Leo’s big brother isn’t weaker in comparison. He certainly isn’t small.

prompt: heart attack
He settles on having a shower, hoping that whatever it was that was plaguing him could just be washed away with a bit of his lavender soap and a healthy amount of steam.
Except it seems to make things a lot, lot worse it would appear. Especially the steam.
He stops mid scrub to shut the water off and stumble right out of the spray, desperate to crank open the door just a smidge to release some well needed fresh air into the tiny, boxy bathroom.
He doubles over, almost taking the basin with him as a result as he tries to catch his breath.
It hadn’t felt like a panic attack, that he was sure of, and showers weren’t normally a source of his triggers in such instances.
Still. The fluttery chest aches and the nerves and the sweating and now this sudden breathlessness seemed to be adding up to conduct the perfect recipe for one such attack.
